Booking Your Appointment

Appointment requests submitted online are requests only and are not confirmed until the salon contacts you or otherwise confirms the service, stylist, date, and time.

  • Some services may require a consultation before confirmation.
  • Extensions, color corrections, and complex blonding may require extra time or a custom quote.
  • The salon may recommend a different service, stylist, appointment length, or date based on your hair goals.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for the salon to offer that time to another guest.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Any applicable fee or deposit requirement should be confirmed with the salon before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Cheveux Hair Boutique allows a 10-minute grace period. If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible. Arrivals after the grace period may require service adjustment, shortening, or rescheduling.

Payments, Pricing & Quotes

Cheveux Hair Boutique accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, product usage, service complexity, stylist recommendation, and final service plan.

Custom Services Color, blonding, corrective work, and extensions may require consultation or custom quote.
Additional Work Extra toner, product, treatment, or appointment time may affect the final price.

Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 5 days of your appointment so the team can review your concern. When appropriate, the salon may offer reasonable adjustments.

Product Returns & Exchanges

Eligible retail products may be exchanged for salon credit within 7 days of purchase if they are lightly used and in good condition. Hair tools, brushes, hot tools, and similar items must be unused and in original packaging.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used for eligible services and retail products at Cheveux Hair Boutique. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized-use gift cards may not be replaceable.

Please tell the salon before your appointment if you have allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions, recent chemical services, previous reactions, medical concerns, or any condition that may affect your service.
