FAQ

Everything you need to know about our lifting techniques, chemical processing, and blonde maintenance.

How long do blonding services usually last?

The longevity depends heavily on the technique you choose. A lived-in Balayage is very low maintenance and can last 3-6 months before needing a touch-up. However, traditional foil highlights or a full platinum scalp lift generally require maintenance every 6-8 weeks to avoid harsh lines.

Do all services include blow drying?

All of our blonding services include a professional toner to perfect your final shade. However, blow-drying and finishing styling are considered an additional service for most coloring appointments. We highly recommend booking a blow-dry alongside your color so you can fully see and appreciate the final result before leaving the salon!

What's the difference between balayage and full blonding?

Balayage is a freehand hair painting technique that creates a soft, natural, and sun-kissed gradient, usually keeping the roots slightly darker for an effortless grow-out. Full blonding (or back-to-back foiling) is a highly precise method used to achieve maximum, uniform brightness from root to tip, resulting in a much more dramatic blonde.
