Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a relaxing environment. These policies help us honor your time and ours with care and professionalism.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life gets busy! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to maintain fairness for all clients.
Late Policy
Running behind? Don’t worry — we allow a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled with a cancellation fee applied to cover lost time.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not fully happy with your service, please reach out within 5 days so we can make it right. Adjustments after 5 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Product Guarantee
If your purchased product doesn’t meet your needs, we offer salon credit for returns made within 7 days of purchase. Products must be lightly used and in good condition. Refunds are not available, but we’ll help you find something perfect.
