1. Booking Your Appointment
We recommend booking in advance, because our stylists work one guest at a time, and we want to give you our full attention without rushing.
When you book, we’ll confirm the service, stylist, and time. If you’re new, some services (like extensions or big color changes) will require a consultation first. This helps us understand your goals, give you an accurate quote, and schedule enough time to do the job right.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, we get it. But we do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Why? Because last-minute cancellations make it hard for us to fill that spot, and your stylist’s time is valuable.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment entirely, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps us respect both your time and ours.
3. Running Late?
We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running behind, give us a quick call so we know. Past that, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, especially if there’s another guest right after you. Think of it this way: just like you wouldn’t want to start your service late, the next person doesn’t either.
4. Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. All prices are in USD and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service complexity. We’ll always confirm pricing before we start.
5. Service Guarantee
We want you to love your hair. If you’re not 100% happy, let us know within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge.
This guarantee doesn’t cover situations where you change your mind about the style or color you originally agreed to, but we’ll still work with you to find a solution.
6. Product Returns & Exchanges
Bought a product and decided it’s not for you? No problem, if it’s lightly used, you can exchange it for salon credit within 7 days of purchase. Hair tools (like brushes or irons) must be unused and in original packaging.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are a great way to treat someone. They’re valid for services and retail products at Cheveux Hair Boutique but can’t be exchanged for cash. Please treat them like cash; lost or stolen cards can’t be replaced.
8. Health & Safety
Your well-being is our priority. If you have allergies, skin sensitivities, or any scalp/hair conditions, please let us know before your appointment. Why? Because we can adjust products or techniques to keep you comfortable and safe.
We follow strict sanitation procedures for all tools, stations, and common areas, so you can relax knowing you’re in a clean environment.
9. Website Use
Our website is here to give you information, help you book appointments, and keep you connected with our salon. Please don’t use it for any illegal or harmful activity.
The content (text, photos, and designs) is ours; feel free to be inspired, but please don’t copy it without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or services. We’ll post the updated date at the top of the page so you always know you’re reading the latest version.
